Lane Departure Warning with Collision Warning
At speeds above around 70km/h, Lane Departure Warning incl. camera-based Approach Control Warning registers lane markings ahead up to a distance of 50m. If the vehicle appears likely to unintentionally cross a marking, the driver is warned with light vibration of the steering wheel. If the turn indicator is active - i.e. the driver is changing lanes intentionally - no warning is issued. The camera-based Approach Control Warning is a part of the Lane Departure Warning system. A camera at the height of the rearview mirror captures the lane markings and obstacles. The Lane Departure Warning is included in the Driving Assistant and Driving Assistant Plus options.
